#Save TPS

The Trump administration has revoked TPS (Temporary Protected Status) for hundreds of thousands of Salvadorans, Nicaraguans and Haitians residing in the US, working and paying taxes, building communities, many with US-born children. Hondurans are likely next.

Five things to know about TPS residents

1- 300,000 Haitian and Central American TPS recipients in the US work, pay taxes, and are parents to 275,000 US-born citizen children. Will we tear families apart by deporting their parents?

2- The US Chamber of Commerce opposes revoking TPS because it will be bad for the US economy

3- Mass deportation is bad for regional stability and US national security

4- TPS home countries cannot absorb all these returned deportees all at once.

5- TPS holders are well-vetted, with a background check every 18 months

TAKE ACTION! Please insist that your congressperson and senators push for legal residency for people living here with TPS. Otherwise, they will be deported. Time is running out!
