human rights: write an urgent action letter once a month

office: half-day each week

outreach: at IRTF outreach tables or from your home computer

pray: integrate prayers for peace into worship services

special events: help plan or volunteer at events

nonviolence: training in nonviolent communication and action

solidarity: go on a delegation to Latin America
