-to the USDOJ (US Dept of Justice): Indict ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement) and CPB (Customs and Border Protection)
-to DHS (Dept of Homeland Security): Investigate USDOJ for complicity in child endangering, kidnapping, & torture
