*In addition, IRTF is requesting a $100 fee to help offset the costs of organizing this delegation from Cleveland.
The purpose of this delegation is "to contribute to free and fair elections; generate a safe environment to stimulate democratic participation; observe and inform about the implementation of election reforms; deepen our understanding of the social and economic structures that govern the country and their impact; to promote people-to-people solidarity."
